About XNA Creatives

Three businesses, one set of working habits.

XNA Creatives holds three independent digital ventures. One is software that runs launch deadlines. One sells commercial-use spreadsheet templates and courses. One publishes skincare research for readers with acne-prone skin.

They serve different audiences and share nothing but an operating philosophy: build the thing properly, sell it directly, and keep it running with systems rather than staff.

I spent fifteen years writing software before I sold anything of my own. That’s why the templates don’t break, and why I’d rather ship one product that works than ten that look busy.

The record

Before 2023

Two projects running separately

PlannerforAll and NaturallyHappyMom grew independently, each with its own audience, storefront, and paperwork.

2023

Consolidated under XNA Creatives

Both brands moved under a single parent entity. One legal structure, one set of policies, one place for partners and customers to find out who they’re buying from.

2024

Built the delivery infrastructure

Checkout, membership access, product delivery, and email automation were rebuilt in-house so the ventures could grow without adding headcount.

2026

Launched TimerPulse

The first software product under XNA. Built after years of wanting a countdown tool that behaved properly, and shipped to an audience already running launches.

Now

Depth over breadth

More AI-assisted tools and template systems for the people already using them, rather than new brands.

The ventures

TimerPulse

Software Lifetime licence

TimerPulse runs authentic countdowns for email and websites. Each subscriber gets their own deadline, stored on the server rather than in a cookie, so the same real time left shows up in the inbox and on the page. Refreshing doesn’t reset it.

It was built because the alternatives charge a monthly fee for a timer, or quietly show every visitor the same looped clip. TimerPulse is one payment, and the deadline is real.

PlannerforAll

E-commerce Commercial-use licence

PlannerforAll sells ready-to-sell spreadsheet templates, digital planners, workshops, and courses. Buyers get commercial-use rights, so they can brand a product as their own and list it in their own shop the same week.

The catalogue exists because most people starting a digital shop can build a brand far faster than they can build a working formula. We handle the second part.

NaturallyHappyMom

Publishing Editorial

NaturallyHappyMom publishes skincare and haircare writing for readers managing acne-prone skin: product reviews, ingredient explanations, and first-hand accounts of what worked and what didn’t.

Everything is written from the author’s own experience and published for information purposes. It isn’t medical advice, and it never stands in for talking to a dermatologist.

How we work

01 / Craft

Fifteen years of engineering, applied to spreadsheets

Every formula ships tested. If a template breaks when a customer adds a row, that’s a defect, not a limitation.

02 / Systems

Automation instead of headcount

Delivery, billing, and access are built and maintained in-house. It’s why three ventures run without a team behind them.

03 / Pace

Long horizons, small bets

We launch narrow, keep what earns its keep, and give a venture years rather than quarters to find its footing.
