Due to the intangible nature of these products, I don’t offer a return on any purchase. Once downloaded, there is no way for me to control whether the product has been returned or not. So, for this reason, I don’t offer a return.

Exchange
As in the case of a return, there is no way for you to really ‘Return’ a downloaded digital product, there is no exchange of purchased items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping Policy
All the products are digital, nothing physical will be shipped.
